These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bbajer platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

bbajer is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and place any bets or wagers. We reserve the right to verify your age at any point and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
All financial transactions on bbajer are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum and maximum limits apply per transaction type.
All bonuses issued by bbajer are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering conditions have been met in full. bbajer reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated betting tools, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bbajer will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility until a compromise is formally reported.

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bbajer (hereinafter "bbajer", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bbajer.net (the "Platform" or "Site").
By accessing the bbajer website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments made at bbajer's sole discretion. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
This Agreement is supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, bbajer's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall terms governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.
1.1 Governing Language
The governing language of this Agreement is English. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes is non-binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and to reflect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bbajer Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bbajer operates as an adults-only platform and does not knowingly permit persons under the age of 18 to register accounts or participate in any gaming activity.
- You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not acting as an agent, broker, or representative of any other person in relation to your account or any wager placed through the Platform.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bbajer, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the bbajer Platform or any associated gaming services.
- Participation in online gaming is, to the best of your knowledge, lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
2.1 Age Verification
bbajer takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to bbajer's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld until verification is confirmed.
2.2 Underage Gambling Prevention
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a minor has accessed the bbajer Platform using your account or any other means, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. bbajer will take immediate action to close the relevant account and will not process any withdrawals of funds associated with underage use.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of features available on the bbajer Platform — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly should any of this information change.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on the bbajer Platform at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes multi-accounting, which is a serious violation of these Terms. bbajer employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed and all bonus funds, winnings generated from bonus play, and balances associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bbajer's sole discretion.
3.3 Account Security & Password Confidentiality
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bbajer will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purportedly from bbajer, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.
You must notify bbajer immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as authorised by you.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our ongoing commitment to fair play, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, bbajer may require account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Accounts subject to a KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending successful verification.

4.1 Deposit Policy
Deposits to your bbajer account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bbajer does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be refunded, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, bbajer may require completion of the KYC verification process described in Section 3.4. bbajer reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 48 hours in cases where additional identity or fraud verification checks are required. bbajer is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Currency & Fees
All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bbajer does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bbajer's control and are your responsibility to understand before transacting.
Bonuses & Promotions
bbajer offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. The general provisions set out in this section apply to all bbajer bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward clearing a separate bonus.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bbajer reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. A player may only claim each specific welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including by opening duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire 30 days from the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirements have not been completed within that period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
5.4 Promotional Amendments
bbajer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already deposited to participate in that promotion will be entitled to complete the wagering requirements under the terms that were in effect at the time of their deposit, unless bbajer determines that abuse or technical exploitation was occurring.
5.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated, winnings generated from bonus funds (i.e., amounts exceeding the original bonus sum) may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Winnings above this cap generated exclusively from bonus play may be removed from the account balance at bbajer's discretion.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bbajer Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbajer Platform:
- Registering more than one account for the same individual (multi-accounting).
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and will be removed from your account.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a way not intended by bbajer.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering or during any KYC verification process.
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens bbajer staff or other platform users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account.
6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
bbajer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any or all of the following actions upon detection of prohibited conduct: immediate suspension of your account; permanent closure of your account; forfeiture of all real-money balances, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals; reversal of any withdrawals already processed where the funds were generated through prohibited activity; and reporting of the relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbajer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
- Any service interruption, downtime, or system unavailability.
- Any unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
- Any technical malfunction, error, or failure of any third-party payment processor or game provider.
7.1 Platform Availability
bbajer makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures).
7.2 Game Outcomes & Fairness
All casino games available on the bbajer Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by our third-party game providers. bbajer does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be directed to our support team within 72 hours of the event in question; claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.
7.3 Sports Betting Results
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world sporting events as reported by official governing bodies (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, FIFA). bbajer accepts no liability for any result that differs from what a player expected based on pre-match information, and all bets are settled in accordance with bbajer's official sports betting rules as published on the Platform.
7.4 Third-Party Links & Content
The bbajer Platform does not contain links to external websites. Any content or services provided by third-party game providers are governed by those providers' own terms and conditions. bbajer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party game providers beyond ensuring that all providers meet our minimum standards for fairness and certification.
Account Termination & Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a bbajer account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your bbajer account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification requests are pending. Bonus funds that have not met their wag ering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by bbajer
bbajer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
- Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
Where an account is closed by bbajer due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals may be forfeited at bbajer's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bbajer will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any inactivity fee or closing the account. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance after the initial 12-month inactivity period. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting support before the balance is fully depleted.
8.4 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bbajer — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. All associated data will be retained by bbajer in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention regulations. If you believe your account was closed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the closure notification.
